Texas voters to decide on Prop 14 to create $1B fund for new parks
Texas voters will decide the fate of Prop 14, which would create the $1 billion Centennial Parks Conservation Fund to help secure new parks for future generations.
Erika Boyd, a member of the Texas Coalition of State Parks, joined KVUE Midday to discuss the proposed fund.
